This policy explains how Horizon Military Corporation (“Horizon,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit this website, sign in, or use account verification. The service connects to Roblox and the Horizon Discord bot. It is not operated by Roblox or Discord.

1. Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle:

• Roblox account information: Roblox user ID, username, and display name returned through Roblox sign-in. We may also request publicly available Roblox profile images and Horizon group membership or rank information to display your profile and confirm membership.
• Discord account information: The Discord user ID and username associated with the /verify command you run in Horizon's Discord server.
• Verification information: The Roblox and Discord account identifiers and names you choose to link, together with a temporary verification token used to match your verification request.
• Site and security information: Session cookies and information needed to maintain sign-in, protect the service, and operate it. The hosting provider may also process standard connection data, such as IP address and request time, in its server logs.
• Community records: Where configured, information in Horizon’s punishment or justice spreadsheets, such as usernames, profile IDs, reasons, evidence links, and status. Some records may be displayed to site visitors or signed-in members according to the feature’s access rules.

Roblox handles your password on its own service. Horizon does not receive your Roblox password and does not ask you to sign in to Discord on the website. The website requests Roblox openid and profile scopes; it does not request permission to manage your Roblox account.

2. How we use information

• Sign you in and show your Roblox profile and available Horizon group information.
• Link the Roblox and Discord accounts you provide so Horizon’s verification bot can confirm the link and, where configured, assign the appropriate Discord role.
• Operate community pages, show relevant public or member-only records, and administer access to staff tools.
• Protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website and its services.

3. Temporary storage and retention

Website sign-in uses browser cookies and server sessions. Verification tokens are created and stored by the Discord bot and expire after approximately 15 minutes. The website temporarily stores completed Roblox verification results in server memory for the bot to retrieve; those results expire after approximately 15 minutes. The primary website sign-in cookie expires after approximately 24 hours. Closing your browser or clearing cookies may end your session sooner. Restarting the website may clear temporary verification results.

Information in Horizon community records or records maintained by the Discord bot may be kept separately under the applicable community recordkeeping practices. Roblox, Discord, Google, and the website host may retain information under their own policies. Contact Horizon to ask about a particular record or request its deletion where applicable.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide the features you use:

• Roblox: You are redirected to Roblox to authenticate, and the website uses Roblox services to retrieve the information needed for sign-in and group display.
• Discord: The bot uses the Discord identity associated with your /verify command to bind your verification request.
• Service providers: The site may rely on its hosting provider, Google Sheets, Firebase, or other configured infrastructure for hosting, community records, and staff access controls.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

5. Security

We use measures intended to protect sessions and limit access to staff features. No online service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share sign-in links or verification tokens with others.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to connect an account, and you can end a website session by signing out or clearing the site’s cookies. To ask what information Horizon holds about you, correct it, or request deletion, contact Horizon through the official Discord server. Some community records may need to be retained for safety, moderation, or legitimate operational reasons. You can also manage your connection to Horizon through the relevant Roblox or Discord account settings.

7. Age

Use of the service is subject to the minimum age requirements and terms of Roblox, Discord, and applicable law. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children below the minimum age permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided information to Horizon, contact us through the official Discord server.

We may update this policy as the website changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Please review it periodically.
