Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of the Horizon Military Corporation (“Horizon”) website and account verification features (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility and third-party accounts

You must meet the applicable age requirements and follow the terms of Roblox, Discord, and any other service you use to access Horizon. You are responsible for your accounts and for ensuring that you are authorized to connect them. Horizon is an independent community service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox or Discord.

2. What the Service provides

The Service provides Horizon community information, Roblox sign-in, available group/profile details, and a verification flow started by the Discord bot's /verify command. The bot uses the private verification link to connect the Discord account that ran the command with a Roblox account, then may confirm group membership or assign a Discord role. Features and information may change, be unavailable, or depend on external providers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Impersonate another user or provide false information to bypass identity or community verification.
• Probe, disrupt, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its accounts, or its systems.
• Interfere with the Service, abuse its endpoints, or use automated access in a way that degrades availability.
• Use the Service in a way that violates Roblox’s, Discord’s, or another provider’s rules.

4. Community rules and records

Use of the Service does not guarantee membership, a particular rank, access to a Discord server, or a particular verification outcome. Horizon may apply its community rules and maintain moderation or disciplinary records. You may contact Horizon through its official Discord server if you believe a record is inaccurate.

5. Intellectual property and third-party services

Horizon and its licensors retain rights to Horizon’s site content and branding. Roblox, Discord, and other third-party names, services, and content belong to their respective owners and are subject to their own terms. These Terms do not grant rights to third-party services.

6. Suspension or termination

Horizon may restrict or suspend access to the Service if reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or community rules, respond to abuse, or maintain the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect accounts through the relevant provider settings.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of it, including when Roblox, Discord, hosting, or other providers are unavailable or change their services.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horizon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
