Official Horizon doctrine: tenets, written laws, the strike ladder, merit ranks, and command structure.

HMC-DOC-01 — Code of Conduct

This written law binds every member without exception, from Cadet to Chairman. Disciplinary actions, strikes, and merit adjustments are logged by STRATEX and Justice.

The six tenets

01 Discipline

Attend rallies and operations in the correct uniform, join the proper voice channel, and carry the loadout your role calls for. Enforced by C-01, C-02, C-03, C-07.

02 Integrity

A pilot’s word and conduct match. Dishonesty, misrepresentation, and unearned standing are breaches of the code. Enforced by A-01, A-04.

03 Respect

Toxicity, harassment, and discrimination have no place here. Courtesy in communication, restraint in disagreement. Enforced by C-02, C-06, B-02, A-04.

04 Accountability

Own mistakes, follow lawful orders, and raise disputes after the operation. Enforced by C-04, C-05, B-01.

05 Unity

Hold the objective. Never abandon an operation or turn weapons on allies. Enforced by B-03, B-04, A-05.

06 Loyalty

Allegiance is to Horizon alone. Playing against the corporation costs merits, not expulsion. Enforced by B-06, A-02, A-03.
